Wisdom teeth??
"Cutting" teeth is a painful process, whether you are one or twenty-one.

Babies who are "cutting" teeth often chew on anything they can: Your finger, the blanket, a bone, etc., etc. Anything to relieve the pressure will help. Before certain medications were banned, and only available through prescription, many pharmacists could dispense pain-relieving medication. Now, the only possible way to get these medications, is to have them prescribed by a doctor.

I have suffered such extreme "tooth-ache" pain that I resorted to medicating myself with my husband's Demerol medication he was prescribed for his migraine headaches. Demerol WILL relieve your pain.

If you have a dentist you have seen regularly during your childhood, he can prescribe a stronger medication than Tylenol or Advil.

To me, there is nothing more painful than a toothache; not even childbirth!
Reply:Maybe you can take some solace in knowing that nearly everyone has it done to them. I have it coming up but you dont see me complaining.
Reply:you could go to the hospital and get seen. tell them other kinds of pain medicines don't work for you and they might prescribe you some stronger pain meds.

If you can't do that try some medicine that might help you sleep, that may keep your mind off of it while you sleep.
Reply:Use Ambisol. It's used for teething babies and people with new braces. It temporarily numbs the gums so you get a bit of relief from the pain. Any drugstore has it.
