Wisdom teeth?

I am a male in his late 20's and have had my wisdom teeth impacted since i was 17. During this time it has developed and infection....for how long i don't know...possibly for years. Can this type of thing cause health problems and if so what are they?

Yes it could cause you health problems, Bone loss, increased pain. If the infection gets out into your blood system you could start to get septicemia, just like any long term infection.

Reply:No health problems, possibly just discomfort from time to time, you might be able to find a dentist willing to work on a payment plan. Get the phone book, make a list and call them. Good luck with this!
Reply:If you are in your late 20's , surely you know that an infection can kill you because it affects your blood, and infected blood affects your internal organs.... and I am not kidding you. You can work out a payment plan with a dentist, but those teeth need to out by this time next week. Call , they will schedule you in as an emergency.
