Wisdom Teeth?

The dentist already taken out my wisdom teeth. How long does the swelling take?

Wisdom Teeth?
Any swelling caused by the trauma of the tooth extraction process should reach its maximum after 24 to 48 hours. So to bring this swelling down more quickly, apply a warm moist towel to the swollen area for 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes of no application. Repeat this cycle, as you find necessary. While it can take many weeks and months for this healing process to occur fully, from a practical standpoint after 1 to 2 weeks enough healing will have occurred that the extraction site should be of only minor inconvenience to you.
Reply:One week and it should be all good.
Reply:3-4 days before you can eat normally. happy healing!
Reply:it could take a week or so for the swelling.but the pain could last a good month.just start popping pills.
Reply:About one week . .or in some cases, 7 days. Drink some malts.. it helps . Good Luck ! :)
Reply:what she said but put ur head ander the warer in the bath and the heat helps with the swelling and the pain dont use ice though
Reply:few days only. if it is over 2 weeks and still hurts or swelling like hell, please go back right away.
Reply:not very long after ur dentist put out the wisdom tooth, about 3-4 days.
