Wisdom teeth?

Reply:Well, most dentists advise you get them removed, even if they%26#039;re just fine because due to the fact that they%26#039;re so far back in your mouth, it makes it harder to clean them properly. Wisdom teeth tend to crack and rot very easily. And yeah, like %26quot;sarah r%26quot; said, you probably just need to go to the dentist.
Reply:If you wisdom teeth have erupted chances are you are having a hard time keeping them clean. If they are still impacted %26amp; not bothering you a simple panoramic x-ray ( one that goes around your head) from the dentist will let you see where they are %26amp; how close they are to erupting. If you are young it is best to take them out now even if they are not bothering you. However, if you are older %26amp; they are not bothering you it is probably best to leave them alone unless a dentist tells you otherwise.
Reply:Chances are your dentist will recommend you have them out even if you aren%26#039;t having problems with them. If you were having a problem with them (like they were coming in wrong) you would know it! My mom and my dentist both told me that when they begin growing in wrong you seriously just want someone to go in and pull them out. Chances are the dentist will tell you to have them out for a few reasons:

1.) The longer you wait to have them pulled, the more it%26#039;ll hurt

2.) Wisdom teeth are extremely hard to keep clean

3.) They rot and break extremely easily causing more unnecessary pain.

Hope this helps. Just see your dentist and s/he%26#039;ll let you know for sure. Good Luck! :-)
