Wisdom teeth?

i am getting in 3 of my wisdom teeth i know that everyone always gets those pulled idont want to unless if i have to but is it best to and why would i or anyone need to do that

Wisdom teeth?
I think if the wisdom teeth come in straight and are not causing any problems, then you shouldn%26#039;t worry about getting them pulled. i think the only reason you should even bother getting them pulled is if they cause you a lot of pain, are rotted, or are coming in crookedly/wrong.

I had a wisdom tooth come in over the summer, and I have just left it alone because it doesn%26#039;t bother me. It hurt when it first started coming in, but now it is fine.

If your dentist hasn%26#039;t said that you need them pulled, then I wouldn%26#039;t worry about it.
Reply:wisdom teeth may be a source of infection, especially if they are impacted. they also may cause crowding of your teeth, or they may erupt in a wrong direction, leading to injuries in your mouth eg.tongue and cheeks...

Trust your dentist!
Reply:I thought I was good, I had all four of mine when i was 25. I thought, %26quot;why get them out, they%26#039;re fully in, why bother to remove them?%26quot;

Then, one day, like someone turning on a lightswitch they began to HURT. And I had them removed.

The surgery was okay, not overly painful, I was eating Doritos the next day.
Reply:I was PETRIFIED of getting mine out. I got ALL FOUR out at the same time.

In hindsight, I%26#039;m glad I did what I did. I was in a LOT of pain, and I knew I should get them all out at once and get it over with.

Frankly, the percocet kept me nice and painfree for a week while I recovered, so the recovery went fast.

It%26#039;s best to get them pulled if they start to hurt. Mine were hurting, and I let them be since I was scared, and the top teeth broke through my gums! The bottom teeth had to be broken while still in my jaw, but I was completely OUT during the procedure so I felt NOTHING.

I would have gotten them out SOONER looking back on it.

If you feel pain, even just a little, get it taken care of!!! You don%26#039;t feel anything during the procedure and you get nice drugs to make you feel good during recovery!
Reply:Well they wouldnt pull them unless they had to. Obv there is not enuff room in your mouth for them if they had suggested you get them pulled. Trsut me get them out if they tell u too. They can cause moving of all your other permanent teeth if u leave them in because they will try to squeeze their way in your mouth and just cause other problems

-dental ***.
Reply:wisdom teeth dont have to be pulled out unless theres a reason. Im haveing mine out this week because one is impacted and causing alot of pain. but the dentist said it s not a big deal anymore bout gettin them pulled if theres nothing wrong with them so if they are fine and no problems just leave them alone.
Reply:I just went thru this last week.

Mine came thru about a year ago, and I didnt do anything about it...well then they started shifting my other teeth and then themselves breaking, and i HAD to get them out, I was in SO much pain!!!!!!! I would get them taken out by an oral surgeon, I couldnt stand being awake, so I got put to sleep, and it was over before I knew it! So i suggest you get them out before they cause you more probs!
Reply:If you get them pulled now, you will have nothing to worry about later. Trust me it is so much easier to clean back there and floss than it is when you have teeth back there. I suggest pulling them as soon as you can.
