Wisdom teeth???

i'm almost 18 and i haven't got my wisdom teeth in. is that a problem?

not really. Maybe you do have them but they don't hurt like most peoples.
Reply:they dont always come in, but thats normal. it only matters if you're getting them pulled

anyway you should get some x-rays on it, to see if they are there... coming down or smth.

Reply:Some people have enough space in their jaw, My brother is pretty tall and never had to get his out. But me an my husband both have.

Reply:No and yes. Wisdom teeth come in anywhere from 17-25 years of age. However, if they are impacted into other teeth or bone and will never erupt and need to be removed to prevent damage to other teeth or tumors that can develop over long periods of time if the impacted teeth are left. Have your dentist check them to see where they are.
