WIsdom Teeth?

I'm a 15 year old male. I can feel a bump on my bottom gum that has been getting bigger (2-3mm.) over the past month. Could this be a wisdom tooth, or am I too young? I have a big mouth; do I still need them to be pulled?

WIsdom Teeth?
3rd molars erupt from 15 to 21 years old, if they erupt at all. You are not in a hurry, if it get swolen A LOT, then have it checked up
Reply:you might need to take it out in a few years as that is a wisdom tooth
Reply:Actually, you're right around the age where your wisdom teeth--if you have them--would start to come in. Nine times out of ten, you will have to have them out--even if your mouth is large enough to accomodate them, they may cause you pain and other problems later in life.

My best advice is to see your dentist pronto and make sure this isn't anything serious.
Reply:You should ask your dentist. I had my teeth removed at 15. Try to schedule it during a vacation or the summer, as you might be groggy.
Reply:Not every one needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, yours may grow in normally. if your already have seven teeth on that side counting from the middle back, it may well be a wisdom tooth. If you are worried them its best to speak to your dentist at your next regular checkup.
