Wisdom teeth?
Sutures (aka stitches) aren't always indicated when we do extractions. They're placed on a case by case basis; if your gums are healthy and the extractions wasn't a deep surgical one, you will be able to heal without having any sutures placed.
Reply:that should be okay, just be sure to keep it clear. rinse with salt water after everything you eat and keep to really soft foods for several days, applesause, pudding, slushies, jello. whatevery you do don't use a straw untill you're all healed. the blood clot can actually come out and that is too horrible to think about. if you start bleeding a little bit you can bite down on gauze or a used teabag.
